WRF™ is intended only for adults age 21 and older. By entering or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that WRF™ content is lawful where you are located.

WRF™ may require age and identity verification before accounts, uploads, member-pass purchases, checkout, competitions, or other features are enabled.

WRF™ is a skill-based entertainment, media, competition, and merch platform. WRF™ does not sell cannabis, ship cannabis, broker cannabis transactions, or allow cannabis sales through the site.

Users may not use WRF™ to arrange illegal transactions, solicit controlled substances, evade local law, or promote unsafe conduct.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login credentials secure. Do not share accounts with anyone under 21.

WRF™ may suspend or remove accounts, posts, submissions, purchases, credits, or competition access when activity appears unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with WRF™ rules.

By submitting videos, photos, comments, names, profile details, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share that content with WRF™.

You give WRF™ a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, review, moderate, format, and display approved content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and document the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request removal, subject to legal, safety, dispute, and records-preservation duties.

Profile photos and new community posts remain private until moderation approval. Cannabis imagery, rolling demonstrations, smoking content, sales or solicitation, and timeline video remain blocked during the limited launch.

Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use. Rights holders may send a specific copyright or trademark complaint to prelaunch@wrf420.com identifying the work, the challenged material, contact information, and a good-faith explanation.

WRF™ may remove or restrict challenged material while reviewing it, preserve relevant records, terminate repeat infringers, and follow any applicable statutory notice and counter-notice process. WRF™ must designate and publish the correct DMCA agent information before relying on federal safe-harbor procedures.

Sacks™ are free promotional loyalty points issued only by WRF™ for verified platform activity. Sacks™ are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, property, a deposit, or a payment instrument. They have no purchase price or fixed cash value.

Users may not buy, sell, withdraw, or move Sacks™ outside WRF, or exchange them for money, bank credit, gift cards, cryptocurrency, cannabis, THC, CBD, controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco, or other regulated products. Keeper-approved game stakes may use only capped, game-earned virtual inventory in a documented skill result; they are not paid entries or off-platform transfers.

Sacks™ balances and game-stake activity must remain separate from official WRF™ judging, rankings, advancement, merch checkout, member-pass purchases, and paid visibility. Sponsor-prize redemption remains disabled until WRF™ publishes approved sponsor rules and completes legal, tax, fulfillment, and provider review.

TAHPF™: Rolling World, WRF™, World Rolling Federation™, WRF Rolling Lab™, Sacks™, official division names, related logos, page layouts, catalog materials, rules, graphics, copy, and original platform materials are claimed by WRF™ as brand, copyright, and proprietary materials.
