Future Monthly Membership Terms

WRF™ does not currently offer a recurring membership. A monthly plan may open no earlier than January 1, 2027, and only after written payment-provider approval, legal review, and successful billing, receipt, cancellation, refund, and entitlement testing.

These advance terms do not enroll anyone, authorize a charge, or replace the separate consent that must be obtained at the future checkout.

Before requesting consent or payment information, the enrollment screen must clearly show the exact monthly price, any taxes or fees, whether the first charge is immediate, the first and next billing dates, the monthly billing frequency, included benefits, cancellation deadline, cancellation method, and refund policy.

Those terms must appear immediately beside the consent control and must not be hidden behind a link, contradicted by other text, or presented with a resettable or misleading countdown.

Enrollment must require a separate checkbox that is empty by default. The member must actively select it before the recurring-payment button is enabled. Silence, inactivity, a preselected box, acceptance of general site terms, or purchase of the Founding Member Pass does not authorize recurring charges.

The consent statement will say: “I expressly consent to enroll in the WRF Monthly Membership at the price and monthly billing schedule shown above. I authorize the approved payment provider to charge my payment method for the first payment and every month afterward until I cancel. I understand this is separate from my Founding Member Pass, and I can cancel online before my next billing date.”

After valid enrollment, the membership renews monthly until canceled. WRF™ must provide a cost-effective, timely, and easy-to-use cancellation method and, because enrollment is online, a way to complete cancellation fully online.

The online cancellation route must be live and tested before enrollment opens. Cancellation must not require a new account, payment-card details, a retention call, or steps that are materially harder than enrollment. The checkout must state when cancellation takes effect and whether the current paid period remains available.

After enrollment, WRF™ or its approved payment provider must promptly send a receipt or acknowledgment the member can keep. It must include the accepted recurring terms, amount charged, billing frequency, first and next billing dates, cancellation policy, direct online cancellation instructions, refund policy, support contact, and transaction or subscription reference.

WRF™ must preserve a consent record tying the terms version, displayed price and schedule, unchecked-to-checked action, timestamp, account, and provider transaction reference to the enrollment.

If an automatic renewal will occur more than sixty days after consent, the entity with the direct billing relationship must provide clear and conspicuous notice of when the charge will occur. WRF™ will also provide reasonable reminders and billing notices required by applicable law or provider rules.

WRF™ must give a retainable, clear notice of a material change and explain how to cancel. No price, interval, or paid-benefit change may be applied through silence when fresh consent is required by law or provider policy.

WRF™ will investigate a reported unauthorized recurring charge and provide any refund required by applicable law, card-network rules, or provider policy.
