Sacks™ Rewards Program Rules

The Sacks™ program is a public preview and is not active. Displayed balances, ledger entries, earning rates, and member names are examples unless an authenticated account expressly identifies them as live records.

WRF™ will not issue or redeem real Sacks™ until adult account login, independent age verification, database controls, tax review, provider review, and qualified legal review are complete.

Sacks™ are free promotional loyalty points issued by WRF™ for verified participation under a published rules version. Consumers cannot purchase Sacks™ or give money, merchandise purchases, subscriptions, crypto, gift cards, or anything else of value to receive them.

Sacks™ are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, property, a security, a bank deposit, a payment instrument, or a promise of a prize. They have no fixed United States dollar value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.

Only an adult age 21 or older with one approved WRF™ account may participate. WRF™ may require identity, age, location, sanctions, fraud, and eligibility checks before opening or restoring a Sacks™ wallet.

Sacks™ are personal to the verified account. They cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, pooled, loaned, inherited, combined between accounts, or moved to another platform.

Only activities listed in the effective earn schedule qualify. Each award must have a date, amount, reason code, unique reference, applicable rules version, and verification record. Duplicate awards for the same qualifying activity are prohibited.

A displayed pending or proposed entry is not earned. An award becomes part of a live balance only after the stated verification and moderation conditions are satisfied and the ledger posts the completed entry.

No money, purchase, merchandise order, membership payment, or other item of real-world value may fund a game stake. Keeper-approved game stakes are capped, use only earned virtual inventory, settle only after a documented skill result, cannot create a negative balance, and cannot use raffles, random winners, or chance-based outcomes.

A Sacks™ balance, game stake, or Founding Member bonus cannot affect official judging, scores, rankings, seeding, advancement, moderation, or appeals. Any future sponsor-prize eligibility must use separate published rules approved in writing and cannot be purchased or guaranteed by a virtual balance.

Sacks™ cannot be redeemed for cannabis, marijuana, THC, CBD, hemp-derived intoxicants, controlled substances, rolling supplies, paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, weapons, age-restricted products, or unlawful goods or services.

Any future redemption must be limited to a benefit expressly listed by WRF™ after legal, tax, supplier, fulfillment, and provider approval. Until that list is published, redemption is unavailable.

WRF™ may correct a technical error or reverse an entry tied to fraud, duplication, ineligible activity, a returned benefit, or a rules violation. Every correction or reversal must use a reason code, preserve the audit trail, and update the visible balance.

A member may dispute a ledger entry by contacting prelaunch@wrf420.com with the account identifier, entry reference, and reason for the dispute. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, full bank information, or government identification by email.

WRF™ may change or end the program prospectively after publishing a new effective date and clear notice. WRF™ should not retroactively devalue, remove, or block a valid earned benefit through hidden or vague conditions.

Before activating expiration, redemption, or program closure, WRF™ must publish the applicable timing, affected balances, available benefits, dispute process, and any legally required notice or treatment.

These Sacks™ Rules are launch-draft language and are not legal advice or a promise that the proposed program is approved. Tennessee and Virginia counsel, tax advisors, account and age-verification providers, and any future fulfillment or payment provider should approve the final design in writing before activation.
