Founding Member Pass Terms

The WRF™ Founding Member Pass costs $2.99 as a one-time payment for eligible adults age 21 and older. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.

Before payment, the approved hosted checkout must show the $2.99 price, any applicable taxes or fees, and the refund policy. WRF™ does not ask customers to email card or bank information.

The Founding Member Pass purchase window closes January 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM ET. The final purchase time is December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. WRF™ will not use a resettable or false countdown.

Closing the purchase window does not convert an existing pass into a subscription. Benefits attached to a valid pass continue under these Terms unless access is suspended or ended for a reason allowed by the Terms of Use.

The Founding Member Pass is charged once and has no monthly billing interval, automatic renewal, or cancellation requirement.

A future monthly membership may be offered no earlier than January 1, 2027. It will be a separate offer and will not be activated without provider approval and the member's separate, express, informed, and unambiguous consent to the recurring terms. Buying this pass does not authorize any future recurring charge.

A paid pass does not bypass account security, independent 21+ verification, moderation, location restrictions, or provider controls. Each pass belongs to one eligible person and may not be shared with a minor.

If a payment succeeds before account access can be completed, WRF™ must provide support and any refund required by law or provider policy.

During the limited launch, eligible members may create one general fan profile, submit one profile photo for private moderation, and submit general fan text posts for private moderation before public display.

Cannabis imagery, rolling demonstrations, smoking content, sales or solicitation, and timeline video remain blocked pending written legal and provider approval. Features may change to meet law, safety, security, moderation, or provider requirements.

The Founding Member Pass does not purchase judging points, rankings, advancement, entries, prizes, sponsor awards, Sacks™, cash value, regulated products, or access to blocked competition media.

Pass purchases, reactions, follows, comments, profile popularity, and merchandise purchases remain separate from official WRF™ judging and prize eligibility.

Live pass charging remains disabled until WRF™ configures an approved payment processor, receipts, tax handling, customer support, refund handling, and account entitlement records.

These terms are launch-draft language and are not legal advice or proof of provider approval. Qualified counsel and the payment provider must review the final one-time payment flow before activation.
