This page gives the public site clear 21+ language and explains how WRF separates competition scoring, fan engagement, credits, payments, and sponsor awards.
Launch rules

WRF is intended only for adults age 21 and older.

Competitions must be skill-based and judged by the WRF Rolling Lab rubric.

Sacks are non-cash platform credits and cannot be cashed out.

Fan likes, comments, paid boosts, and subscriptions do not affect official scores or prize eligibility.

Sponsor-funded promotional awards must stay separate from user credits and subscriptions.

All uploads, merch, payments, and promotions must follow applicable law and provider rules.
Before launch
Have a lawyer or qualified advisor review the competition rules, privacy policy, terms, payment flow, verification flow, cannabis-related advertising rules, and sponsor language.
Required provider checks
Cloudflare can host the app, but WRF still needs approved services for identity/age verification, payments, storage, moderation, email, and merch fulfillment.
